Rachel has been a professional actor for 17 years since graduating from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

She has worked as an actor at the RSC, Shakespeare’s Globe and the BBC

Alongside acting, Rachel has 15 years experience as a drama facilitator working at Shakespeares Globe, RCSSD and Shakespeares Birthplace Trust.

Keira is a Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, and a graduate of the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training School.

Alongside her private Hypnotherapy practice, Keira also speaks publicly, and on podcasts.

Wendy has been a Thought Leader, speaker and entrepreneur for more than 35 years.  She has worked in academia designing and delivering Master Degree leadership programs, publishing non fiction and fiction books.  

Her TEDx talk in 2024 launched a global movement called Refirement CIC on a mission to refine retirement for women in the 21st century based on purpose, power and possibility.
